We compare agencies using eight facts a creator can verify before signing: whether a legal entity is published, whether real people are named, whether commission is stated in writing, whether contract and exit terms are available, whether Russian or Ukrainian support is genuine, whether independent creator reviews exist, whether the operating history can be traced, and whether the agency's own numbers agree.
Each criterion scores zero, one or two points. Commission breaks a tie first, then independent reviews, then alphabetical order. The maximum is 16. We checked public websites, structured data, legal pages, sitemaps and independent profiles on 2026-09-08. We did not test private contracts, actual creator payouts, local search positions or private channels.
This method measures verifiability, not service quality. A low score does not prove poor work, and a high score does not guarantee good work.
