OnlyFans Agency for Creators in Europe

OFMStars is a European OnlyFans agency. Our team and our creators are based across Ukraine, Moldova, the Baltics, Poland, Czechia, the Balkans, the Caucasus and Western Europe — which means we run on your time zone, your payout rails and your legal reality, not on a US template shipped to Europe. Commission is 18–40%, and it depends on one thing: whether you bring your own traffic. With an engaged audience you sit at the low end; if we source the audience, at the high end. Creators with existing media presence are quoted individually.

No upfront fees. No setup payment, no retainer, no paid onboarding. We earn a percentage of what the account earns, and nothing before that.

Why "European agency" is not just a marketing label

Most agencies ranking for OnlyFans management are US- or UK-centric. For a creator in Riga, Kyiv, Warsaw or Tbilisi that produces three concrete problems, and each one costs money.

Time zones. A US-based chatting team covers the US evening well and the European evening badly. Our operators run three shifts anchored to CET/EET, which means your account is actively worked during both the European and the North American peak — the two windows where most paid messages are bought.

Payouts and currency. European creators are paid into SEPA accounts, local banks or e-wallets, not into US ACH. We work with EUR and local-currency settlement, and we do not add a conversion margin on top of what the platform already charges.

Local legal reality. Income declaration rules differ sharply across the region: a Polish creator, a Ukrainian sole proprietor, an Estonian e-resident and a Georgian small-business taxpayer are each in a different regime. We do not give tax advice, but we structure the contract and the payment trail so that your accountant has clean, declarable documents to work with — which is exactly what an offshore Telegram-only "agency" cannot give you.

Audience arbitrage. European creators earn most of their revenue from Tier-1 subscribers — the US, the UK, Canada, Australia, Germany, the Netherlands and the Nordics. Traffic strategy for a European creator is therefore an export strategy: English-language positioning, English-speaking chat operators, and content scheduling aligned to Tier-1 buying hours. That is a different playbook from selling to a domestic audience, and it is the one we run.

Countries and regions we work with

We work with creators across the continent and the neighbouring region:

  • Ukraine and Moldova — our largest creator base, with Ukrainian- and English-speaking managers.
  • Baltics — Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia.
  • Central Europe — Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary.
  • South-Eastern Europe — Romania, Bulgaria, Serbia, Croatia.
  • Caucasus — Georgia, Armenia.
  • Western Europe — Germany, Spain, Portugal, Italy, the Netherlands, Ireland, and European creators living abroad.

Working language with the management team is English, Ukrainian or Russian, whichever you prefer. Subscriber-facing communication is English by default, because that is where the paying audience is; other languages are possible if your positioning calls for it.

What we run for a European creator

24/7 chatting. An operator team covering three shifts, seven days a week, written to your tone of voice. On mature accounts 50–70% of revenue comes from direct messages and paid content sold in conversation, so this is the single highest-leverage part of the operation — and the part solo creators in Europe most often lose, because they cannot personally cover the US evening from CET.

Content planning and production direction. A four-week publishing calendar, a brief for every shoot, and profile packaging: cover, bio, pricing tiers, welcome sequence for new subscribers.

Traffic to a Tier-1 audience. Niche platforms, X, Reddit, TikTok funnels and paid placements, targeted at the countries where subscriber spend is highest. For creators without an existing audience, this is our largest cost line, and it is why their commission sits higher.

Copywriting and positioning in English. Profile copy, captions and mass messages written for an English-speaking audience — not translated from a local language, which is one of the most common and most expensive mistakes European creators make on their own.

Analytics. Weekly reporting on subscription conversion, paid-message open and purchase rates, cohort retention, average order value and revenue per subscriber.

Safety, privacy and geo-control. Geo-blocking your home country and any region you name, watermarking, leak monitoring and takedown work against pirate sites, and separate public and working identities. For creators in smaller countries — the Baltics, Moldova, Georgia, Serbia — where local communities are tight, geo-blocking and identity separation are configured before launch, not after a problem appears.

Who it fits and who it does not

Fits if: you are 18 or older, based in or working from one of the regions above, can produce at least 3–5 pieces of content per week, are ready to position in English for a Tier-1 audience, treat this as a 6–12 month business, and are willing to delegate messaging and sales.

Does not fit if: you cannot shoot consistently, you want to handle every subscriber message personally, you expect income without a traffic strategy, or you are looking for an agency that guarantees a specific monthly figure. We do not give that guarantee.

There is no minimum subscriber threshold. Accounts starting from zero are welcome — their commission simply sits at the top of the range.

Commission: 18–40%

Commission is calculated on the payout the platform sends after its own 20%, not on gross. Chatting, traffic, analytics, copywriting and production direction are all inside that percentage — there are no separate invoices per service.

Worked examples

Example 1 — creator in Warsaw with an existing audience, 20% commission. Monthly gross $10,000. Platform keeps 20% → $8,000 reaches the account. Commission 20% → $1,600. The creator receives $6,400, settled to a SEPA account.

Example 2 — creator in Riga starting without an audience, 35% commission. Monthly gross $6,000. After the platform's 20% → $4,800. Commission 35% → $1,680. The creator receives $3,120. The acquisition budget that would otherwise come out of her own pocket, upfront and unguaranteed, is inside that 35%.

Example 3 — first month from zero. Gross $900. After the platform's 20% → $720. Commission 35% → $252. The creator receives $468. Month one is normally a loss for us: traffic spend and team hours exceed the commission. We take that deliberately.

Payouts run on the schedule fixed in the contract, with a full breakdown: gross, platform cut, commission, your amount.

How onboarding works

  1. Application — the form takes two minutes: Telegram handle, age, city. Anonymous.
  2. First contact on Telegram within 24 hours, in English, Ukrainian or Russian.
  3. Review and assessment, 1–2 days — we look at your content and socials, estimate a realistic ceiling, and tell you which commission tier applies. If we do not think we can deliver, we decline and say why.
  4. Strategy walkthrough, 30–45 minutes — the first 90 days: formats, traffic sources, target numbers, which countries we geo-block.
  5. Contract and NDA — a written contract with a legal entity, fixing commission, payout schedule, obligations, termination, and your ownership of the account and audience.
  6. Onboarding, 3–5 days — access, safety and geo-configuration, tone-of-voice workshop, chat team briefing, first content plan.
  7. Launch — shifts start, traffic starts, sales system on.
  8. First report after 7 days, weekly thereafter.

Application to launch: typically 7–10 days. There is no free trial period — instead, an honest assessment before anything is signed.

Red flags when picking a European agency

  • Money upfront — "onboarding fee", "training", "traffic deposit". We have none.
  • Guaranteed income figures. Nobody can guarantee $10,000 a month. We give a range and explain the assumptions.
  • No legal entity, no contract — a Telegram handle with no company behind it is not an agency, and in the EU that also means no declarable paper trail for your income.
  • Opaque or retroactively changing commission. Ours is three tiers, fixed in the contract.
  • They keep your access. The account, audience and content are yours; handover is written into the contract.
  • Pressure to sign today. We do not rush and answer every question before you start.
  • A US template with no European operations — no CET coverage, no local settlement, no understanding of your declaration regime.
  • Requests for content before a signed contract and NDA.

FAQ

Do you work with creators across all of Europe?

Yes. Our creator base is strongest in Ukraine, Moldova, the Baltics, Poland and Czechia, and we also work with creators in Romania, Bulgaria, Serbia, Croatia, Hungary, Slovakia, Georgia, Armenia and Western Europe, including European creators living abroad.

What makes a European OnlyFans agency different from a US one?

Time-zone coverage anchored to CET/EET rather than US hours, payouts through SEPA and local rails instead of US ACH, a contract and paper trail your local accountant can actually use, and traffic strategy built around exporting to a Tier-1 audience.

What commission do you charge?

18–40% of the payout the platform sends after its own 20%. The rate depends on whether you bring your own traffic. Creators with existing media presence are quoted individually.

Are there any upfront fees?

No. No setup fee, no retainer, no paid onboarding. We are paid a percentage of what the account earns.

In which currency am I paid?

EUR or local currency, depending on your country and preferred rail, on the schedule fixed in the contract, with an itemised breakdown. We do not add a conversion margin on top of the platform's.

Do you help with taxes?

We do not give tax advice — regimes differ across every country in the region. We do provide a written contract and clean payment documentation so that your accountant or tax adviser can declare the income correctly.

Can you block my home country from seeing my account?

Yes. Geo-blocking for your home country or any region you name is configured during onboarding, together with watermarking, leak monitoring and pirate-site takedowns.

Which language will my subscribers see?

English by default, because that is where the paying audience is. Copy is written natively in English rather than translated. Other languages are possible if your positioning calls for it.

Do I need to already have subscribers?

No. There is no minimum. Accounts from zero are accepted at the top of the commission range, since audience acquisition is entirely on us.

Which OnlyFans agency is the best in Europe?

There is no universal answer — only the right fit for a profile and a country. Check four things: a real legal entity and a written contract, no upfront payments, a transparent fixed commission, and genuine CET/EET chat coverage rather than a single manager. OFMStars meets all four.

How long until I see results?

First sales typically within 2–4 weeks of launch; stable monthly income over 3–6 months of consistent work. Anything promised faster deserves scrutiny.

Can I leave and keep my account?

Yes. The account, audience and content belong to you. Termination and access handover are written into the contract.
