Why Kyiv is different

Kyiv is the only city in the country with a ready-made production ecosystem around content creators. Hourly-rate photo studios in Podil, Pechersk and around Lukianivka come with lighting and backdrops included; photographers and videographers who work with platform content are easy to find; makeup artists do not ask unnecessary questions. Elsewhere in Ukraine this has to be assembled piece by piece — here it is a short taxi ride away.

The second factor is density of people already in the field. Kyiv has the country's largest concentration of creators, managers and agency setups, which cuts both ways. Upside: finding a contractor takes hours, not weeks. Downside: this is also where verbal-only arrangements, percentages quoted in DMs and managers with no legal entity behind them are most common. We work from the opposite direction — a written contract and published numbers.

Third, and practically important: Kyiv's co-working spaces and residential buildings handled the power outages better than almost anywhere else, with generators and backup internet now standard. Shooting schedules here are simply more predictable. We still keep a two-to-three-week content buffer, but in Kyiv it gets used less often.

How it works from Kyiv

Exactly as from anywhere else. We have no office here or in any other city, and we never ask anyone to "come by the studio". The form takes two minutes. A manager replies on Telegram within 24 hours. Content and socials review takes one to two days. Then a written contract and launch. Terms

18–25% if you bring your own social audience. 30–40% if the account starts from zero and we buy the traffic. Public figures are priced individually. Commission is calculated on what reaches the account after the platform's 20%, with no other deductions.
